Will you send me a confirmation? All online registrations will receive confirmation via e-mail.
Can I run virtually? Yes! As long as you registered for the Virtual Series, you can submit your times online, as well! Your shirt, medal and gift certificates will be mailed to you after the Full Moon Trail Series comes to a close in September. More virtual info. can be found HERE When can I pick up my race packet? Series runners will pick up their packet between 4:30pm-6:30pm at the first race at the Rocky River Nature Center. Friends can pick up for each other, but should have your confirmation email handy just in case!
How is this race timed? This race is an officially timed event using one of the most advanced chip timing systems by MyLaps. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain on for the duration of the event. You must keep your race bib for the entire Series!
Where can I see my results? Results and NEW Series Scoring are posted in real time, directly after the race on the Hermes Cleveland website. Locate the race and click the ‘Results’ link, or go directly to the Full Moon Trail Race Results page. You may need to refresh your browser to view.
What do I do if my results are incorrect or missing? After the results have been officially posted, please contact Roadracing@hermescleveland.com with any concerns.
Does this race provide any kind of awards? Yes, we will have awards for top finishers in each race and a formal Trail Series Awards Ceremony.
Where can I park the day of the race? Parking is available near each of the four trailhead race locations. We recommend being parked an hour prior to each race start and 90 minutes for the first race of the Series.
Is there a bag check? No, there will not be a bag check. Parking is available close to the start of each event.
Am I able to bring my dog or a stroller to the race? No – due to the limited space on the trails we are not allowing dogs or strollers Refunds and Transfers
I can no longer participate in the race due to an injury or scheduling conflict, can I get a refund or transfer to another person? Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable. Once we’ve received and processed your entry, you will not receive a refund, you may not give or sell your race number to other people, and entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race. You are able to transfer to another person for a fee of $10.00. This must be done prior to the first race of the season. Transfer Information To complete a Transfer, go to your profile on Runsignup and chose either the refund transfer or gift transfer option. Enter in the Transferee’s name and email to send them the transferring registration. Once the transferee completes the registration, the original registrant is removed from the race.
Refund Transfers: Transferee pays the current price of the registration. The original registrant pays a $10 transfer fee
Gift Transfer: Transferee’s registration is free. The original registrant pays a $10 transfer fee.

If I am unable to attend and I have already registered, can I still get my t-shirt and packet? Yes, you can pick those up at our office the following week or at one of the upcoming events – we do not mail packets. Do I have to run, or can I walk instead? You may walk any of the trail races.
What is the weather typically like for these races? The weather in Northeast Ohio is always unpredictable! Sometimes the trails are full of mud and other times, dry and dusty.
What should I bring to the race? While this depends on personal preference, a typical race packing list includes your running shoes, TRAIL SHOES ARE ENCOURAGED, hand held water bottle, spare shoes/socks in case of inclement weather, layers or a change of clothes, a watch, and your registration confirmation. How long will each course be open? The courses will stay open about an hour after the race start times.
