Arrive at least 1 hour before each race (90 minutes for the first race).
Race Day

Packet Pickup:

Begins at 4:30 PM for the June 30 Pine Hollow

Begins at 5:00 PM for all other races

Check-in: Once SERIES participants check in at their first event, they do not need to check in for the remaining races.

Individual registrants must check in each time for each race = a new bib will be assigned.

Race Bibs: Full Moon Trail Series runners must bring the same race bib to each event!
-
Series Runners: No need to register for each race separately - your name is automatically entered for all events.

Race Start Time: 6:15 PM for all 4 races
-
Cutoff: Participants anticipating a 18 minute mile pace or slower must begin at the 6:00 PM early start to ensure enough time to complete the route
-
Those not on pace to finish in the designated time must assume responsibility to understand the route without course aid/support.

Those who arrive late to the Start may not receive a chip timed result
-
Course directional Digital Strava maps are downloadable to your phone under the COURSE MAP section.

💻 Virtual Runners
-
Virtual participants can submit results through their RunSignUp registration page within the listed timeframe.
-
Manual submission is available only for full-series virtual participants.
-
Live full-series participants will not be able to submit a virtual result online.
-
Packets will be mailed after the first live event in June.

Virtual runners are welcome to attend the final event ceremony!

FAQ's
🎒 Is there a bag check?

No - bag check is not available. Parking is located near the start line.
🐕 Can I bring my dog or a stroller?
-
No – Due to the limited space on the trails, dogs and strollers are not allowed.
🎒 What should I bring to the race?

💰 Refunds & Transfers
-
No refunds – all registrations are non-refundable. Similar to a plane or concert ticket.

Deferral - participants registered for the Full Moon Trail Series may request a deferral PRIOR to the first race on June 30.
-
The deferral fee is a flat $30 and will remove them from the 2026 Series into the 2027 Series.

You CAN transfer your entry to VIRTUAL for free prior to the first race on June 30.

You CAN transfer your entry to another runner for free prior to the first race on June 30!

How to Transfer to another runner:
-
Log into RunSignUp and go to your profile.
-
Choose Refund Transfer or Gift Transfer.
-
Enter the new runner’s name & email.
-
Once they complete the registration, your entry is removed.

Individual runners can transfer to another Full Moon race prior to picking up their materials for $5 fee.

Cancellation - Full Moon Trail Series events will not be cancelled due to weather. The route may be modified and the start time may be delayed/relocated accordingly.
